Refund Policy
At Iqra Saghir, each outfit is crafted with precision and care. Since most of our products are made-to-order, our refund and exchange policies are designed to ensure fairness while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. A 6% cancellation fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear in your account.
After 24 hours of purchase, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Exchanges / Refunds
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for reasons related to a customer’s personal preference, such as liking or disliking a product, since all outfits are made to order.
An exchange or store credit for future purchase will only be granted in the unlikely event that we send you a defective or incorrect item. In such cases:
- unused and undamaged.
- Iqra Saghir will respond within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- not be entertained.
For international customers who have orders delivered within Pakistan, it is mandatory for the recipient to check the order upon delivery and report any complaints within 48 hours. After this period, the company is not liable for any exchange, refund, chargeback, or compensation.
There is no exchange or refund on Unstitched, Ready-to-Ship, Discounted, or Customized orders.
Order Changes
Changes to an order can only be made within 72 hours of placing the order. We strongly advise customers to carefully select outfits, sizes, and colors before confirming their purchase to avoid any inconvenience later.
Important Notes
Each outfit is tailored specifically for the client, which is why refunds and exchanges are strictly limited.
We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request if the item is found to be worn, damaged, or altered by the customer.
